通过调研,从资源条件、基础设施、政策等方面梳理了湘西承接产业转移的优势和承接产业转移的现状,为对策研究作了相关的前期工作,在客观认识区域承接产业优势与不足的基础上,以期为政府决策提供咨政参考。

Through investigation and research,this article sorts out the advantages and current situation of the industrial transfer in Xiangxi from the aspects of resource conditions,infrastructure,policies,etc.,and has done relevant preliminary work for the countermeasure research,and objectively understands the advantages and disadvantages of the industrial transfer in the region.On the basis of this,it provides preliminary work for subsequent countermeasures and suggestions,and provide consultative reference for government decision-making.
