地塞米松联合甲硝唑治疗乳腺导管扩张症的疗效及对白细胞介素10、白细胞介素17的影响 被引量:1

Efficacy of Dexamethasone Combined with Metronidazole in the Treatment of Ductal Ectasia of Breast and Its Effect on IL-10 and IL-17

摘要 目的:探讨地塞米松联合甲硝唑治疗乳腺导管扩张症的疗效及对血清白细胞介素10(IL-10)、白细胞介素17(IL-17)的影响。方法:选取2019—2020年西安市第三医院收治的乳腺导管扩张症患者232例,根据随机数字表法分为联合组(地塞米松联合甲硝唑治疗,116例)和单药组(甲硝唑单药治疗,116例)。比较联合组与单药组患者的临床疗效,比较治疗前后联合组与单药组患者的IL-10、IL-17水平及治疗后较治疗前变化值(ΔIL-10、ΔIL-17)。结果:联合组患者的总有效率较单药组显著升高[92.2%(107/116)与76.7%(89/116)比较,χ2=10.653,P=0.001]。治疗后,联合组患者的IL-10(t=2.364,P=0.020)、ΔIL-10(t=3.641,P<0.001)较单药组显著升高,IL-17(t=3.821,P<0.001)、ΔIL-17(t=2.416,P=0.017)较单药组显著降低,差异均有统计学意义。结论:地塞米松联合甲硝唑治疗可以显著提高乳腺导管扩张症患者的临床疗效。 OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of dexamethasone combined with metronidazole in the treatment of ductal ectasia of breast and its effect on interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-17(IL-17).METHODS:Totally 232 patients with ductal ectasia of breast admitted into the Third Hospital of Xi’an from 2019 to 2020 were selected and divided into combined treatment group(given dexamethasone combined with metronidazole for treatment,116 cases)and single drug group(treated with metronidazole alone,116 cases)via random number table.The clinical efficacy,IL-10 and IL-17 levels,the change values(ΔIL-10 andΔIL-17)compared with those before and after treatment in patients in combined treatment group and single drug group were compared.RESULTS:The total effective rate of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the single drug group[92.2%(107/116)compared with 76.7%(89/116),χ2=10.653,P=0.001].After treatment,the IL-10(t=2.364,P=0.020)andΔIL-10(t=3.641,P<0.001)levels of combined treatment group were significantly higher than those of the single drug group,while the IL-17(t=3.821,P<0.001)andΔIL-17(t=2.416,P=0.017)levels were significantly lower than the single-agent group,with statistically significant differences.CONCLUSIONS:dexamethasone combined with metronidazole can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of ductal ectasia of breast.
