安神宁心胶囊对围绝经期代谢综合征患者雌激素分泌水平及代谢相关指标的影响

Effects of Anshen Ningxin Capsule on Estrogen Secretion and Related Metabolic Indicators in Patients with Perimenopausal Metabolic Syndrome

目的:探讨安神宁心胶囊对围绝经期代谢综合征患者的疗效以及对雌激素分泌水平、代谢相关指标的影响。方法:选取2018—2019年于新泰市中医医院就诊的围绝经期代谢综合征(肝郁脾虚证)患者140例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组患者口服戊酸雌二醇和地屈孕酮,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加服安神宁心胶囊。比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、中医证候疗效、雌激素[雌二醇(E 2)、促黄体生成素(LH)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)]分泌水平、空腹血糖水平、空腹血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平、腰围(WC)、体重指数(BMI)和血压[收缩压(SP)、舒张压(DP)]。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的中医证候积分明显降低,E 2、FSH及LH分泌水平明显改善,空腹血糖、TG、BMI、WC、SP和DP水平明显降低,HDL-C水平明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者上述指标的改善程度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组间比较,观察组患者中医证候的总有效率为90.0%(63/70),明显高于对照组的74.3%(52/70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安神宁心胶囊治疗围绝经期代谢综合征(肝郁脾虚证)的疗效较好,可调节患者雌激素分泌水平,干预代谢相关指标。

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of Anshen Ningxin capsule on the perimenopausal metabolic syndrome,and its effect on estrogen secretion level and metabolism-related indicators.METHODS:Totally 140 patients with perimenopausal metabolic syndrome(liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type)admitted into Xintai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018 to 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group via the random number table,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given estradiol valerate and dydrogesterone orally,while the observation group was treated with Anshen Ningxin capsule on the basis of control group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome integral,TCM syndrome efficacy,estrogen secretion level[estradiol(E 2),leuteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)],fasting blood glucose,fasting blood lipid[triglyceride(TG)and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)],waist circumference(WC),body mass index(BMI),blood pressure[systolic pressure(SP),diastolic pressure(DP)]before and after treatment were compared between two groups.RESULTS:After treatment,the TCM syndrome integral of two groups were significantly decreased,the secretion levels of E 2,FSH and LH were significantly improved,the fasting blood glucose,TG,BMI,WC,SP and DP levels were significantly decreased,while the HDL-C was significantly increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);all the above indicators in observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group was 90.0%(63/70),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.3%,52/70),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Anshen Ningxin capsule in the treatment of perimenopausal metabolic syndrome(liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type)is remarkable,which can regulate estrogen secretion level,and interfere with metabolism-related indicators.
