摘要
二甲双胍为治疗2型糖尿病的首选药物,其致维生素B_(12)缺乏症的药品不良反应日益受到人们的关注。本文通过检索和回顾分析已发表的文献,对二甲双胍致维生素B_(12)缺乏症的流行病学、作用机制、影响因素以及采取的干预措施进行综述,为二甲双胍的临床合理应用提供参考。
Metformin is the drug of choice for the treatment of type 2 diabetes,and the adverse drug reactions of vitamin B_(12)deficiency induced by metformin have attracted increasing attention.This paper reviews the epidemiology,mechanism of action,influencing factors and interventions taken for the rational clinical application of metformin by searching and reviewing and analyzing the published literature.
