摘要
目的:探索中药复方治疗糖尿病前期的用药规律。方法:检索目标数据库,筛选中药复方治疗糖尿病前期的相关文献,提取复方内容并建立数据库,应用SPSS Statistics及SPSS Modeler软件对复方用药规律进行挖掘。结果:共纳入复方241首,中药175味,高频药物主要包括补益药、清热药、除湿药、行气药及活血化瘀药。高频药物中黄芪和山药的用量偏大,而黄连、甘草、大黄用量偏小。复方中的药物性味以寒性、甘味为主,药物归经以肝经居多。关联规则分析得到潜在的药物组合37条,高频药物聚类分析得到了5个新的组方。结论:与糖尿病的治疗相比,中医治疗糖尿病前期更为重视"郁"的病机。数据挖掘方法能较为全面地发掘复方的用药规律,为糖尿病前期的临床及研究工作提供参考。
Objective:To explore the medication rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine formulas in the treatment of prediabetes.Methods:Relevant literatures of Chinese herbal compounds in the treatment of prediabetes were retrieved in CNKI,CBM,WANGFANG,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane Library,and Embase databases,the data of compound prescriptions were extracted and a database was established.SPSS Statistics and SPSS Modeler software were used to mine the medication rules of compound prescriptions.Results:A total of 241 compound prescriptions and 175 herbs were included.The high-frequency medicinal herbs mainly included Buyi drugs,Qingre drugs,Chushi drugs,Xingqi drugs and Huoxuehuayu drugs.Among the high-frequency herbs,the dosages of Radix Astragali and Rhizoma Dioscoreae in the prescription are large,while the dosage of Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei is small.In the compound drugs,Han and Gan are the main properties,and liver-meridian is the main meridian tropism.37 potential drug combinations were obtained by association rule analysis,and 5 new herbal formulas were obtained by cluster analysis of high-frequency herbs.Conclusion:Compared with the conventional treatment for diabetes,Traditional Chinese Medicine focuses on the pathogenesis of"Yu".The data mining method can explore the medication rules of compound prescriptions comprehensively,and provide a reference for the clinical and scientific research work of prediabetes.
