航空煤油的顺序输送与掺混实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 航空煤油产量的不断增加亟须成品油管道在输送汽、柴油基础上添加航煤进行顺序输送。顺序输送时需要将密度相近、产生的混油易于处理的油品相邻排列。一般采用航煤夹在柴油之间输送,还有少部分管道采用航煤顶柴油、汽油顶航煤输送工艺。在航煤与汽油、柴油的接触面间会产生混油,通常以掺混方式处理顺序输送产生的混油。借助掺混实验,系统研究了航空煤油的赛波特颜色、馏程、密度、冰点与实际胶质等关键质量指标,考察了在不同汽油、柴油掺混比例下的变化规律。航空煤油的赛波特颜色、终馏点、冰点与实际胶质受掺混柴油的影响较大,密度与馏程中50%回收温度受掺混汽油、柴油影响均较小。 With the increase of aviation kerosene production, it’s urgent for products pipeline to add the aviation kerosene in pipeline while transporting the gasoline and diesel oil. For sequential transportation, it is necessary to arrange pipelining of products by batch whose densities are close. Generally, aviation kerosene is always transported between diesel fuel, and a small part of pipelines take transportation technology for gasoline, aviation kerosene and diesel in order. Mixed oil is produced between the contact surface of refined oil products. The mixed oil produced by sequential transportation is usually treated by blending method. In this paper, the change laws of Seibert color, distillation range, density, freezing point, existent gum under different mixing ratio of gasoline and diesel were systematically studied. The Seibert color, end boiling point, freezing point and existent gum for aviation kerosene were affected by the mixed diesel oil, while the density and the 50% recovery temperature for aviation kerosene were less affected by the mixture of gasoline and diesel.
