某油田联合站采出液油水处理药剂优选及效果评价 被引量:5

Optimal Selection and Effect Evaluation of Produced Liquid Oil and Water Treatment Agents in an Oilfield Combination Station

摘要 陆上某油田联合站采出液中含水率较高,且其原油黏度、胶质和沥青质的含量均较高,形成的乳状液稳定性较强,造成油水分离困难,现用的原油破乳剂已无法满足该联合站采出液油水分离的需要。因此,通过大量室内实验,优选出了性能相对较好的3种非离子型破乳剂P-3、P-8和P-9,并继续通过两两复配实验,筛选出性能最佳的复配破乳剂FP-2,其组成为P-3∶P-8=1∶1,当其加量为120mg·L^(-1)时,对目标油田联合站采出液的脱水率可以达到95%以上,具有良好的脱水效果。该复配破乳剂FP-2在实验温度为50℃、实验时间为2 h时即可达到良好的脱水效果,具有快速破乳的特点,且在相同的实验条件下,其脱水效果明显优于现场用破乳剂XC-201,可以替代现场用破乳剂应用于目标油田联合站采出液的油水分离中。 The produced liquid from a combination station of an onshore oilfield has high water cut, and its crude oil viscosity, gum and asphaltene content are higher. The stability of formed emulsion is strong, which makes it difficult to separate oil from water. Therefore, three kinds of non-ionic demulsifiers P-3, P-8 and P-9 with relatively good performance were selected through a large number of laboratory experiments, and the best compound demulsifier FP-2 with the composition of P-3∶P-8 = 1∶1 was selected through the pairwise compounding experiment. When the dosage was 120 mg·L-1, the dehydration rate of the produced liquid in the combination station of the target oilfield could reach more than 95%, which had good dehydration effect. The composite demulsifier FP-2 achieved good dehydration effect when the experimental temperature was 50 ℃ and the experimental time was 2 h. It had the characteristics of fast demulsification. Under the same experimental conditions, its dehydration effect was obviously better than the field demulsifier XC-201, so it could be used to replace the field demulsifier in the oil-water separation of the produced liquid in the target oilfield combination station.
