摘要
芳胺及其衍生物在现代化学的许多领域扮演着中心角色,9,9-双(3-甲基-4-氨基苯基)芴是芳胺的一种,采用工业芴、氯仿及邻甲基苯胺为原料,通过两步法对其进行合成。分别考察了反应温度、反应时间、物料配比等因素对反应的影响,确定了较佳的合成工艺,通过熔点及核磁氢谱对产物进行表征。
Romatic amines and their derivatives play a central role in many fields of modern chemistry. 9,9-Bis(3-methyl-4-aminophenyl) fluorene is a kind of aromatic amines. Industrial fluorene, carbon tetrachloride and o-methylaniline were used as raw materials to synthesize 9,9-bis(3-methyl-4-aminophenyl) fluorene by two-step method. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time and material ratio on the reaction was investigated, and the better synthesis process was determined. The products were characterized by melting point and 1 H NMR.
