摘要
针对渤海部分油田注水井重复酸化效果差的问题,提出了一种针对注水井的连续油管负压解堵方法,利用连续油管连续/段塞气举造负压返吐地层堵塞物,并辅以少量非酸化学药剂溶解的作用,可有效解除近井地带污染,实现水井降压增注。经渤海某油田现场应用取得显著效果,作业井B1注水量由措施前的108 m^(3)·d^(-1)增加到130 m^(3)·d^(-1),日增注22 m^(3),有效期持续7个月;作业井B2措施前因堵塞无法注入,措施后成功恢复注水,日注水量达到105 m^(3)。该技术的成功应用为渤海油田注水井降压增注提供了一条新思路。
In order to improve the block removal effect of injection well,especially those which have experienced acidizing many times in Bohai Bay oilfield,the study on negative pressure block removal technology using coiled tubing was carried out.The near wellbore blocks can be flowed back effectively by negative pressure created by coiled tubing continuous or slug gas lifting.It also can be assisted by the neutral block removal chemicals dissolving to increase the effect of depressurization and stimulation.Field application in Bohai Bay oilfield showed a good performance.Injection rate of well B1 increased from 108 m^(3)·d^(-1) to 130 m^(3)·d^(-1),the period of validity lasted for 7 months.Well B2 was successfully recovered to injection rate of 105 m^(3)·d^(-1)after treatment.The process provided a new method for depressurization and stimulation of injection well in Bohai Bay oilfield.
