摘要
介绍了中国石化青岛炼化公司200万t·a^(-1)加氢裂化装置在该厂柴油加氢装置停工换剂期间改为柴油精制方案的运行情况,方案更改后各工艺参数可控,除柴油、分馏塔底油外观浑浊外其他产品质量满足国VI柴油指标要求,能够在一定程度上代替柴油加氢装置在全厂流程中的作用,同时对柴油、分馏塔底油存在外观浑浊等问题进行了分析探讨。通过优化操作,掺炼部分减二线,减产分馏塔底油并将其改出柴油产品后,问题得到解决。柴油精制方案期间,加氢裂化装置在原料、高压设备腐蚀、反应系统温度、柴油外送流程等方面存在一定的生产隐患,不宜长时间运行。
The operation of 2 Mt·a^(-1) hydrocracking unit of Sinopec Qingdao refining and chemical company was introduced, which was changed into the diesel refining plan during the shutdown of the diesel hydrotreating unit. After the change of the plan, the process parameters can be controlled. Except for the turbid appearance of diesel and tail oil, the quality of other products can meet the requirements of VI diesel oil index, which can replace the diesel hydrotreating unit in the whole plant process to a certain extent. The problem of diesel and tail oil turbidity was resolved by blending part of vacuum cut 2.During the diesel refining scheme, hydrocracking unit has certain production hidden dangers in raw materials, high-pressure equipment corrosion, reaction system temperature, diesel delivery process, etc., so it is not suitable to operate for a long time.
