摘要
巨噬细胞参与固有免疫和适应性免疫过程,它有两种极化类型:经典激活型(M1型)和替代激活型(M2型)。在不同病理过程(如过敏性炎症、肿瘤迁移、免疫炎症等)的发生进程中,巨噬细胞均发挥着重要作用。钙黏蛋白是一种介导细胞识别和黏附作用的膜蛋白分子,近些年来有研究表明钙黏蛋白家族与巨噬细胞极化有着紧密的联系。现主要就E-钙黏蛋白、N-钙黏蛋白、VE-钙黏蛋白、OB-钙黏蛋白、T-钙黏蛋白与巨噬细胞极化的相互作用,以及它们在炎症反应中的作用和机制作一概述。
Macrophages participate in both innate and adaptive immune processes, and they can differentiate into classically activated type or alternatively activated type depending on different stimulations. Macrophages play an important role in many pathological processes including allergic inflammation, tumor migration and immune inflammation. Cadherin is a membrane protein molecule that mediates cell recognition and adhesion. Recent studies have shown that cadherin family is closely related to macrophage polarization. This review mainly summarizes the interaction between E-cadherin, N-cadherin, VE-cadherin, OB-cadherin, T-cadherin and macrophage polarization, as well as their functions and mechanisms in inflammation.
