五音疗法辅助治疗脑卒中后失眠的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Wuyin therapy in auxiliary treatment of post-stroke insomnia

目的探讨五音疗法辅助治疗脑卒中后失眠的临床效果。方法50例脑卒中后失眠患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组患者给予常规对症治疗,研究组患者给予五音疗法辅助治疗。对比两组患者治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者治疗后PSQI评分(6.84±2.11)分显著低于对照组的(8.21±1.96)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率96.00%显著高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率为0显著低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五音疗法对改善脑卒中后失眠的效果显著,患者治疗后PSQI评分显著降低,不良反应发生率低,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Wuyin therapy in auxiliary treatment of poststroke insomnia.Methods A total of 50 patients with post-stroke insomnia were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,and the research group was received Wuyin therapy adjuvant treatment.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores,therapeutic effects and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,PSQI score of the research group was(6.84±2.11)points,which was significantly lower than(8.21±1.96)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 96.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was 0,which was lower than 20.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuyin therapy has a significant effect in improving post-stroke insomnia.PSQI score of patients after treatment is significantly reduced,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
