摘要
目前,有关深冷处理对TC4钛合金力学性能及微观组织的影响机制尚不明晰。为此,通过硬度、摩擦磨损性能测试、扫描电镜(SEM)及透射电镜(TEM)观察等手段探究了不同时间深冷处理对TC4钛合金磨损性能、表面显微硬度以及微观组织的影响。研究结果表明:经不同时间的深冷处理后,TC4钛合金的耐磨损抗力以及表面显微硬度有了不同程度的提高;深冷处理在材料内部诱导了大量的位错结构,对提高材料的显微硬度以及耐磨损特性具有重要的作用。
At present,the mechanism of the influence of cryogenic treatment on the mechanical properties and microstructure of TC4 titanium alloy has not been analyzed clearly.Herein,the effects of cryogenic treatment with different cryogenic times on the wear properties,surface microhardness and microstructure of TC4 titanium alloy were investigated by hardness test,friction and wear performance test,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Results showed that the wear resistance and surface microhardness of TC4 titanium alloy were improved to different extents after the cryogenic treatment with different times.Meanwhile,cryogenic treatments could induce lot of dislocation structures inside the materials,which played an important role in improving the microhardness and wear resistance of the treated materials.
