一种基于Adams的稳定杆连接杆球销摆角计算方法

摘要 在利用Adams求解麦弗逊式前悬架的稳定杆连接杆球销摆角时,如果连接杆上、下都用球副建模不能满足系统模型自由度的要求,在常规的建模方式中,通常将其中一个球副用万向副或等速副代替,但用万向副或等速副代替的球头无法绕连接杆轴线偏摆,导致连接杆的运动与实际情况严重不符,所以这种建模方式不能指导球销摆角的设计。衬套有六个自由度,通过合理设置各方向的刚度能够等效球副的属性。因此文章提出连接杆两端均用衬套代替球副的建模方式,同时为了使仿真结果更接近实际,可以给球销和球杯建立接触条件,还原球销在实际使用过程中摆到最大角度而被限位的情况。最后通过某车型出现的问题进行仿真,仿真结果与实车路试反馈的结果一致,因此验证了此方法的可行性。 When Adams is used to solve the swing angle of the ball pin of the stabilizer bar of McPherson type front suspension,ball joints modeling for both upper and lower stabilizer bar link end cannot meet the requirements of degrees of freedom.Conventional modeling replaces one of the ball joints with a hooke or a constant velocity pair.But they cannot be deflected around the axis of the stabilizer bar link.The movement of which is seriously inconsistent with the actual situation.Therefore,this modeling method cannot guide the design of swing angle of the ball pin.The bushing has six degrees of freedom and can be equivalent to the properties of the ball joint by setting the stiffness in each direction.Hence,this paper proposes a modeling method of using bushing instead of ball joint at both stabilizer bar link ends.At the same time,the contact conditions of the ball pin and cup are established to validate the situation that the ball pin is limited after being placed at the maximum angle in the actual use.
