摘要
文章针对国内商用车斜向换挡现有技术的不足,结合某6挡手动变速箱换挡机构实例,通过对斜向换挡轨迹仿真拟合和干涉分析,讨论了引起斜向换挡过程卡滞的结构设计原因,提出了包括互锁板在内的换挡机构的斜向换挡优化设计和校核方法,并对优化后的换挡机构进行了整车斜向换挡测试验证。
This paper combined with the shifting mechanism of a 6-gear manual transmission,fully into account the deficiency of existing technology in cross shift for domestic commercial vehicle,discussed the causes for the lagging during cross shift in the aspect of structural design by trajectory simulation fitting and interference analyzing,put forward the optimization design and checking method about the cross shift for the shift mechanism included interlock gate plate.And the optimized shift mechanism was validated by testing its cross shift in the whole car.
