摘要
某公司承载式小型卡车车架主框架由钣金纵梁和圆管横梁焊合而成,以前在其焊装生产线上CO2气体保护焊工序由人工完成,焊缝质量差,制造成本高,环境污染严重,因此对焊装线弧焊工序进行机器人升级改造。文章对改造的策划实施过程做了实录性简介,对改造过程中出现的难点及其克服办法做了简要分析,对弧焊机器人适合的工艺参数做了实证性披露,对弧焊机器人升级改造后的运行效果做了客观性公布,以供同行参考。
The main frame of a bearing type small truck frame is made of sheet metal longitudinal beams and round tube beams.Previously CO2 gas protection welding process was completed by manual on its producing line,the welding quality was poor,high manufacturing cost and serious environmental pollution.Therefore,on the welding line arc welding process was upgraded and transformed with robots.This paper introduces the planning and implementation process of the transformation,briefly analyzes the difficulties and the overcoming methods,empirical reveals the appropriate process parameters of the arc welding robot,and publishes the operation effect of the arc welding robot after the upgrading transformation for peer reference.
