摘要
文章通过设计一种新型的、能满足尾门与顶盖分缝包络外向开启的“小鹅颈式”尾门铰链及其安装点钣金结构,从而降低尾门分缝处包络对顶盖横梁避让的需求,实现增大顶盖横梁的截面性能,在满足顶盖横梁截面性能的情况下可最大化轿跑车型的后视野。以某车型为例,阐述在产品设计过程中的结构优化设计方法。
The paper designed a new type of"little goose neck"tailgate hinge and its mounting point sheet metal structure,which can meet the outward opening of the tailgate and top cover slit envelope,the demand for top cover beam avoidance is reduced,and the cross-sectional performance of the top cover beam is increased,and the rear field of view of the coupe model can be maximized if the cross-sectional performance of the top cover cross-section is satisfied.Taking a certain model as an example,this paper expounds the method of structural optimization in the product design process.
