阿达木单抗联合糖皮质激素治疗儿童Stevens-Johnson综合征一例并文献复习

Adalimumab combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of one pediatric case of Stevens-Johnson syndrome and review of the literature

报道阿达木单抗联合糖皮质激素成功治疗一例儿童Stevens-Johnson综合征,并进行文献复习。患者,女,6岁。全身散在红斑、水疱伴发热4天。入院后第一天开始给予甲泼尼龙40 mg/d、人免疫球蛋白(10 g/d×5)治疗,一周后皮损改善不明显,入院第7天、第14天分别给予阿达木单抗40 mg、20 mg治疗,皮损逐渐消退。

One pediatric patient with Stevens-Johnson syndrome successfully treated by adalimumab combined with glucocorticoids is reported and relevant literatures are reviewed.A 6-year-old girl with scattered erythema,blisters all over the body with fever for 4 days.She was treated with methylprednisolone 40mg,once daily for 7 days and human immunoglobulin 10g,once daily for 5 days.The skin lesions were not improved.The patient were treated with adalimumab 40mg and 20mg at day 7 and day 14 after admission,and the skin lesions gradually subsided.
