硫唑嘌呤作为临床常用的免疫抑制剂在自身免疫及炎症相关性皮肤病的治疗中有重要地位。硫唑嘌呤主要通过产生嘌呤类似物干扰核苷酸利用,影响细胞分化发挥作用。硫唑嘌呤的不良反应主要包括血液学毒性、肝毒性、胃肠道反应、感染等。本文将从硫唑嘌呤的药物代谢机制、皮肤科的应用、不良反应及预防方面进行综述。

As a widely used immunosuppressant,azathioprine(AZA)plays an important role in the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory skin diseases.AZA can interfere with nucleotide utilization and affect cell differentiation by producing purine analogues.The common adverse reactions of AZA include hematological toxicity,hepatotoxicity,gastrointestinal reaction and infection et al.We review the pharmacokinetics and metabolism,dermatology application,adverse reactions and prophylactic measures of AZA in this paper.
