摘要
山东龙泉科技大厦位于多个小煤窑开采范围之内,该区开采资料不全、采空边界不清晰、煤层多及厚度变化大。综合采用物探、钻探及钻孔成像技术开展采空区探测研究,各探测手段相互验证,基本查明了勘探范围内不同煤层低阻异常区,有效探明了煤矿采空区位置和分布范围。在确定采空区范围、覆岩及地表移动变形情况的基础上,提出了采空区注浆设计方案及注浆关键参数。注浆治理后通过高密度电法、波速测试及钻探验证等进行了综合检测,结果表明:通过注浆处理,已减小甚至消除了采空区地面剩余变形造成的采空地面塌陷灾害的影响,注浆效果良好。
Shandong Longquan tech building is situated within multiple small coalmines extracting range with peculiarities of incomplete mining information,unclear gob boundaries,and multiple variable coal seams.Integrated use of geophysical prospecting,drilling and downhole imaging etc have carried out gob area exploration and study.Through detection means mutual verification has basically identified low-resistivity anomalous zones in different coal seams in exploration area,effectively identified coalmine gob area positions and distributed range.On the basis of defined gob area range,overburden and surface displacement deformation status have proposed gob space grouting design scheme and key parameters.After grouting governance,through high density electric survey,wave velocity test and drilling validation etc carried out integrated check.The results have shown that through grouting treatment reduced even eliminated impacts from gob area surface residual deformation caused gob area surface collapse disaster,thus grouting effect is favorable.
