摘要
随着新医疗政策推进,医疗需求也不断增加,医疗行为和医疗关系也随之产生变化。近年来媒体经常报道医患冲突事件,归纳下来导致医患冲突事件的主要原因是医院质量管理体系不健全,部分医务人员医疗行为不规范,因此需要采取措施加强医院医疗服务质量的管理。PDCA循环是质量管理的最基本方法之一,大量实践经验表明其在各类服务质量管理中具有显著效果。该文通过研究和参考相关文献,分析存在的问题并提出研究方向,总结了PDCA循环在医院风险管理、人力资源管理、药品管理、感染管理、急救管理和临床试验质量管理中的应用,从而满足患者的不同需求,改善医疗关系,确保医院服务质量和安全性,以及提高医院的技术水平和诊疗水平,提升核心竞争力提供了一定的参考。
With the advancement of new medical policies,medical demand has also increased,and medical behaviors and medical relationships have also undergone changes.In recent years,the media has frequently reported on doctor-patient conflicts.The main reason for the doctor-patient conflicts is that the hospital's quality management system is not sound and the medical behavior of some medical staff is not standardized.Therefore,measures need to be taken to strengthen the management of hospital medical service quality.The PDCA cycle is one of the most basic methods of quality management.A lot of practical experience shows that it has significant effects in various types of service quality management.This paper analyzes the existing problems and proposes research directions through research and reference to relevant literature,and summarizes the application of PDCA cycle in hospital risk management,human resource management,drug management,infection management,emergency management and clinical trial quality management,so as to meet the different needs of patients,improve medical relations,ensure the quality and safety of hospital services,and improve the technical level and diagnosis and treatment level of the hospital,and provide a certain reference to enhance the core competitiveness.
