随身笔记在新生儿科护理带教中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析随身笔记应用于新生儿科护理带教中的效果。方法选取于该院新生儿科2018年11月—2020年10月间实习的护理实习生56名为研究对象,根据入科时间不同分为干预组(n=28)、常态组(n=28)。为常态组护理实习生实施传统教学法,干预组护理实习生开展随身笔记辅助教学。对比分析两组考核成绩、学习积极性、教学模式认可程度评分、临床实践自我满意程度评分。结果干预组护理实习生专科理论知识、早产儿护理、操作技能水平、仪器合理使用、合理用药评分均高于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常态组护理实习生学习积极性明显低于干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组教学激发学习兴趣、提高学习效率、培养总结能力、提高思维能力等教学认可度评分均高于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护生临床实践自我考试成绩满意度、自我责任心满意度、在新生儿科自我表现满意度、自我专业水平满意度评分均高于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随身笔记辅助教学应用于新生儿科护理带教中能够取得较为理想的带教效果,显著提高护生各项考核成绩,促进护生积极参与到带教中,提高其对教学模式的认可程度。 Objective To analyze the effect of portable notes used in nursing teaching in neonatology.Methods 56 nursing interns were selected from the department of neonatology in the hospital from November 2018 to October 2020.The included subjects were divided into intervention group(n=28)and normal group(n=28)according to the time of admission.Implementing traditional teaching methods for nursing interns in the normal group.The nursing interns in the intervention group carried out portable note-assisted teaching.Comparative analysis of the two groups of assessment results,learning enthusiasm,teaching mode recognition score,clinical practice self-satisfaction score.Results The scores of nursing interns in the intervention group in terms of professional theoretical knowledge,premature infant care,operational skills,rational use of equipment,and rational use of drugs were all higher than those in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);nursing interns in the normal group were significantly lower in learning enthusiasm than the intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching recognition scores of the intervention group to stimulate learning interest,improve learning efficiency,cultivate summary ability,and improve thinking ability were higher than those of the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the intervention group nursing students’clinical practice self-examination score satisfaction,self-responsibility satisfaction,self-performance satisfaction in neonatology,and self-professional level satisfaction scores were all higher than those in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of portable note-assisted teaching in neonatal nursing teaching can achieve a relatively ideal teaching effect,significantly improve the examination results of nursing students,promote the active participation of nursing students in the teaching,and improve their recognition of the teaching model.
