情景教学联合临床路径教学在手术室护生带教中的应用研究

摘要 目的分析情景教学法联合临床路径教学在手术室护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月—2020年7月在该院手术室进行护理实习的护生62名,随机分为对照组(n=31,常规手术室护理带教模式)和观察组(n=31,情景教学联合临床路径教学模式)。对比两组护生考试成绩、综合能力评分、教学趣味性评分及带教满意度。结果观察组护生出科时的理论考试成绩、基础操作考试成绩和专科操作考试成绩,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的自主学习能力、护理操作能力、语言沟通能力、团队协作能力、应急能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的学习兴趣、知识接收情况、注意力吸引、图像真实性、生动趣味性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度96.77%高于对照组的70.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用情景教学联合临床路径教学模式实施手术室护理带教,能够提高护生的各项考试成绩,激发其学习兴趣,提升其各项护理综合能力,从而使手术室护理带教质量和效果得到明显改善,提高护理带教满意度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of the situational teaching method combined with clinical path teaching in the teaching of nursing students in the operating room.Methods A total of 62 nursing students who had undergone nursing practice in the operating room of the hospital from June 2018 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=31,conventional operating room nursing teaching mode)and an observation group(n=31,situational teaching combined with clinical path teaching mode).The test scores,comprehensive ability scores,teaching interest scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The scores of theory test,basic operation test and specialty operation test of the nursing students in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing students of the observation group had self-learning ability,nursing operation ability and language communication ability.The scores of teamwork ability and emergency response ability were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's nursing students'learning interest,knowledge acceptance,attention attraction,image authenticity,and vividness score were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77% higher than 70.97% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of situational teaching combined with clinical path teaching mode to implement nursing teaching in operating room can improve nursing students'various examination scores,stimulate their interest in learning,and enhance their comprehensive nursing ability,so as to improve the quality of nursing teaching in operating room.The effect has been significantly improved,and the satisfaction of nursing teaching has been improved.
