摘要
目的针对产科护理临床教学中采用临床路径与CBL教学法相结合的方式对教学效果产生的影响进行对比分析。方法共随机选择该院2018年12月—2019年12月96名护生作为研究对象,对其利用随机数表法进行分组,分别为观察组(48名)和常规组(48名),针对观察组护生施以临床路径与CBL教学法结合的方式开展护理带教工作,针对常规组护生施以常规教学法开展护理带教工作,对比两组最终研究结果。结果观察组护生理论知识(36.84±1.13)分、实践技能(36.23±1.42)分以及综合能力(17.95±0.37)分均明显高于常规组护生(31.95±1.09)分、(32.37±1.28)分、(14.22±0.41)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组带教老师带教质量评分,观察组带教内容(21.24±1.20)分、带教态度(22.65±1.47)分、带教效果(21.97±1.30)分以及带教方法评分(22.17±1.35)分均高于常规组护生(18.12±1.31)分、(17.32±1.39)分、(18.07±1.26)分、(18.01±1.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针对两组带教满意度进行对比,观察组护生带教总满意度95.83%明显较常规组75.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采取临床路径结合CBL教学法的方式能够对产科护理临床教学工作带来更加突出的应用效果,具有一定的可行性,值得推广。
Objective To compare and analyze the effect of the combination of clinical pathway and CBL teaching method in obstetric nursing clinical teaching.Methods Atotal of 96 nursing students from the hospitalfrom December 2018 and December 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were grouped using a random number table method,and the group names were observation group(48 people)and routine group(48 people),the observation group adopted a combination of clinical pathway and CBL teaching method to carry out nursing teaching work for the nursing students in the observation group,and the routine teaching method for nursing students in the routine group,compared the final research results of the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge(36.84±1.13)points,practical skills(36.23±1.42)points and comprehensive ability(17.95±0.37)points of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the routine group(31.95±1.09)points,(32.37±1.28)points,(14.22±0.41)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality scores of the two groups of teachers were compared,and the content of the observation group was(21.24±1.20)points,teaching attitude(22.65±1.47)points,teaching effect(21.97±1.30)points and teaching method scores(22.17±1.35)points were all higher than the routine group of nursing students(18.12±1.31)points,(17.32±1.39)points,(18.07±1.26)points,(18.01±1.64)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);for the comparison between the two groups of teaching satisfaction,the total satisfaction of the observation group of nursing students was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the routine group 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of the clinical path and the CBL teaching method can bring more prominent application effects to the clinical teaching of obstetric nursing,which has certain feasibility and is worthy of promotion.
