临床护理路径在结核内科护理教学中的应用和分析

Application and Analysis of Clinical Nursing Path in Tuberculosis Internal Medicine Nursing Teaching

目的深入研究在结核内科护理教学过程中使用临床护理路径的实际效果。方法选取于2019年3月—2020年3月在该院结核内科实习的56名女性护士作为该次研究对象,通过随机数表法将其随机分成两组,观察组28名,对照组28名。给予对照组实习护士常规的临床带教方案展开教学,观察组实习护士则采用临床护理路径的带教方案展开教学,对比两组实习护士所取得的学习成果。结果观察组实习护士的理论知识得分、技能操作得分以及对带教的满意程度均明显高于对照组实习护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结核内科的护理教学过程中,对实习护士实施临床护理路径不仅能够丰富其理论知识,优化其操作技能的总体水平,还可以提升其对带教的满意程度,值得在各大医院广泛推荐使用。

Objective To study in depth the actual effect of using clinical nursing pathways in the teaching process of tuberculosis internal medicine nursing.Methods Fifty-six female nurses who practiced in the tuberculosis internal medicine department of the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method:the observation group of 28 female nurses and the control group of 28 female nurses.The practice nurses in the control group were given the regular clinical teaching plan to start teaching,the practice nurses in the observation group used the teaching plan of the clinical nursing path to start teaching,and the learning results of the two groups of practice nurses were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge score,skill operation score and satisfaction with teaching of the practice nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control practice nurses.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching process of tuberculosis internal medicine,the implementation of clinical nursing path for trainee nurses can not only enrich their theoretical knowledge and optimize their overall level of operational skills,but also improve their satisfaction with teaching,which is worthy of being widely used and recommended in major hospitals.
