试论公安院校应急管理课程思政建设优化进路

On Ideological and Political Education of the Police College in the Curriculum of Emergency Management

课程思政强调通过专业教育与思政教育相统一、专业课程与思政课程同向同行而达到协同育人的效果。公安院校应急管理课程思政建设应立足于国家治理、社会治理、治安治理三个层面;以落实立德树人根本任务作为引领,把握课程思政的核心,避免课程分离、价值割裂、认知分化、内外隔绝、界限不清等五个方面误区;结合重大突发事件下的应急警务活动,突出思政教育的针对性、深入性、全面性,通过打造课程群、完善过程设计、强化知识联结、推动价值实践、促进团队融合、革新教学模式六条路径,推动课程思政建设落地生根。

The ideological and political education needs the coordination of professional and political teaching in both major courses and political courses.As to the curriculum of emergency management in the police college,the ideological and political education must be built on three levels of state governance,social administration and public order management.Led by fostering virtue through education,the teaching should insist in its goal and avoid course content separation,value isolation,cognitive differentiation,internal and external difference,and unclear boundary.Combining with police response in case of major emergencies,it should highlight the pertinence,profoundity and integrity of ideological and political education.It will be realized by constructing curriculum clusters,optimizing teaching design,increasing knowledge nodes,propelling value practice,promoting team integration and innovating teaching mode.
