不同工况下的双螺旋输送机离散元仿真分析 被引量:4

摘要 在不同工况参数下,采用离散元单元法对双螺旋输送机进行了仿真;分析了不同螺旋转速和填充率下其内部颗粒的运动形态、输送量、螺旋轴扭矩以及螺旋叶片的受力等情况,以探究螺旋转速和填充率对其输送效率和性能的影响。结果表明:增大螺旋转速可以较为明显地提升双螺旋输送机内颗粒的轴向速度和圆周速度,而填充率对其影响较小;提高螺旋速度和填充率都可增大输送量,但输送量增长速率逐渐下降;提高螺旋转速和填充率都会增大螺旋轴扭矩,加大输送机功率消耗;螺旋叶片边缘处所受法向力与切向力最大,有随着螺旋转速和填充率的增大而增大的趋势,加剧了对螺旋叶片的磨损,所以螺旋转速和填充率都不宜过大。以上结果可为选择双螺旋输送机的工况和结构提供参考。 The discrete element method is used to simulate a double screw conveyor under different working conditions.The motion pattern of particles,conveying capacity,torque of screw shaft and the stress of screw blades are analyzed under different screw speeds and filling ratios to investigate the influence of screw speed and filling ratio on the transmission efficiency and performance of the double screw convey.The results show that:(1)the axial and circumferential velocity of particles in the double screw conveyor increase obviously by improving the screw speed,but the effect of filling ratio is much less.(2)the conveying capacity can be promoted with the increase of screw speed and filling ratio while having gradually decreased growth rate.(3)raising the screw speed and filling ratio will increase the torque of the screw shaft and thus increasing the power consumption of the conveyor.(4)the normal force and tangential force on the edge of the screw blade are the largest among the whole area of the screw blade,and increase with the increase of the screw speed and filling ratio,aggravating the wear of screw blades,so neither the screw speed nor the filling ratio should be too large.The above results can provide references for the selection of working conditions and structure of double screw conveyors.
