八连杆冲压机构工作参数矢量优化方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对八连杆冲压机构的工作姿态变换,压力机构伸缩量之间的关系无法量化的问题,基于ADAMS优化八连杆冲压机构。分别分析八连杆冲压机构工作的工作原理以及工作情况,明确构件中的设计变量,并通过点位移函数表达式组建目标函数;在此基础上,以最小压力角为设计目标,构建八连杆参数优化设计数学模型,结合机械系统仿真软件ADAMS对该数学模型进行运动仿真以及参数优化计算,得到具有较高运行效率的八连杆冲压机构仿真结果。仿真结果表明,八连杆冲压机构云顶轨迹位移方程有效性得到保证,构件部分设定的矢量模型具有有效性以及实用性。 Aiming at the problem that the relationship between the expansion and contraction of the pressure mechanism can not be quantified due to the change of working attitude of the eight link stamping mechanism,the eight link stamping mechanism was optimized based on ADAMS.This paper analyzes the working principle and working situation of the eight link stamping mechanism,defines the design variables in the components,and establishes the objective function through the expression of point displacement function;on this basis,taking the minimum pressure angle as the design objective,the mathematical model of eight link parameter optimization design is constructed,and the motion simulation and parameters of the m athematical model are carried out with the mechanical system simulation software ADAMS The simulation results of the 8-bar stamping mechanism with high efficiency are obtained by optimization calculation.The simulation results show that the validity of the cloud top trajectory displacement equation of the eight link stamping mechanism is guaranteed,and the vector model set in the component part is effective and practical.
