摘要
采用编程计算与数值模拟对比分析的方法对多元混合制冷剂离心压缩机压缩性能进行了研究;建立了离心压缩机叶轮损失模型并利用MATLAB编程计算不同混合制冷剂重组分配比和不同进口温度下离心叶轮压比及多变效率;通过ANSYS-CFX基于SST湍流模型对相同工况下离心叶轮内部流场及压缩性能进行分析。结果表明:数值模拟性能参数变化趋势与编程计算所得结果基本一致,叶轮多变效率随进口温度升高而呈现先升高后降低的趋势;混合制冷剂中重组分的增加会使压缩过程压比升高,叶轮损失减小,叶轮多变效率升高;研究结果可为混合制冷剂离心压缩过程进口参数的优化设计提供理论参考。
Study on the compression performance of the mixed-refrigerant centrifugal compressor by comparison analysis of programming calculation and numerical simulation.The impeller loss model of centrifugal compressor is established.The pressure ratio and polytropic efficiency are calculated by changing the ratio of mixed-refrigerant and inlet temperature by MATLAB program.The turbulence model SST is applied to anlyze the internal flow-field and performance of centrifugal impeller under the same working conditions in CFD software of ANSYS-CFX.The results show the variation trend of performance parameters of the calculated results are similar to the simulated results.The polytropic efficiency increases with the increase of the inlet temperature and then decreasing.The pressure ratio increases because of the increase of heavy component,which causes reduction of the impeller loss and increase of polytropic efficiency.The research results can provide the references for the optimization parameters of the inlet mixed-refrigerant.
