摘要
针对商用车高位引气管进气阻力大和预滤尘、水效率低的问题,采用计算流体力学(CFD)的方法,分析了高位引气管的进气特性,发现了影响进气阻力和预滤尘、水的效率的因素。仿真和试验的进气阻力相差0.1kPa左右,验证了仿真模型的准确性。分析阻力流场和速度场可知:高位引气管因旋流扇角度和减振波纹管结构改善了其内部湍流压力和速度梯度的分布,降低了进气阻力,提高了预滤尘、水的效率。据此,优化了高位引气管结构。优化后的模型在出口处进气阻力降低到1.15kPa。有效地改善了高位引气管的进气和预滤尘、水的性能。
Aiming at the problem of a Commercial Vehicle high inlet pipe of the high air intake resistance and the low efficiency of pre-filtration dust and droplet.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was used to analyze the intake characteristics of high inlet pipe.Factors affecting the efficiency of intake resistance and pre-filter dust and droplet were found.The difference of intake resistance between simulation and test is about 0.1 kPa,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model.The analysis of resistance flow field and velocity field:The distribution of turbulent pressure and velocity gradient in flow field of the high inlet pipe was changed,which the angle of the vortex fan and the structure of the vibration damping bellow.And the air intake resistance of the high inlet pipe was reduced,pre-filtration efficiency dust and droplet was improved.Based on this,the high inlet pipe was optimized.The results show that the outlet intake air resistance of optimized the high inlet pipe is reduced to 1.15 kPa.Moreover,it effectively improves the performance of intake and pre-filtration dust and droplet of the high inlet pipe.
