摘要
论文以石油钻机井口钻柱冲卸扣和旋扣机械化作业设备—铁钻工冲扣钳壳体为研究对象,根据力学分析计算结果,基于Solidworks三维建模软件对冲扣钳壳体的重要组成板件进行参数化的建模,建立了壳体重要零件的结构优化数学模型,在不改变冲扣钳壳体各零件之间的配合的前提下利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对冲扣钳壳体尺寸参数进行了轻量化设计,同时对零件尺寸进行了敏感度分析。通过轻量化设计,在满足工作要求及强度和刚度条件下可将自重相对减小11.2%,减少了材料成本,为铁钻工冲扣钳的设计研制提供了理论依据。
The mechanics analysis was carried out with the mechanized operating equipment of iron drills and punching tongs for the drilling and punching of drilling rigs at the wellhead.According to the analysis results,the parametric modeling of the key components of the punch clamp shell based on the Solidworks 3 D modeling software was made,and the optimal mathematical model of the important parts of the shell was determined.Using ANSYS Workbench finite element software on the premise of not changing the coordination among the parts of the punching clamp shell,quantify the design,and the sensitivity analysis of the size of the parts.With a lightweight design,weight reduction was 11.2%relative to meeting job requirements and strength and stiffness.It reduces the cost of materials and provides a theoretical basis for the design and development of iron roughneck punch clamp.
