摘要
在配电网系统中,有许多没有绝缘保护的架空裸露导线,很多地区存在架空裸露高压导线伤人的案例。为了解决裸露导线存在的安全隐患,提出了一种用于架空裸露导线的自动绝缘包裹机器人,由行走机构、进料机构、进料支撑机构、升降机构、扣合机构组成。扣合机构有效地扣合绝缘皮,进料机构适用绝缘皮的形状,行走机构适应不同线径并且有足够的驱动力和摩擦力。试验表明,包裹机器人的机械机构设计合理,效果理想,将有利于提高配电网的安全可靠性和供电服务水平。
In the distribution network system,there are many exposed overhead conductors without insulation protection,and there are many cases of injuries caused by exposed overhead high-voltage conductors in many areas.In order to solve the safety hidden danger of bare wire,an automatic insulating wrapping robot for overhead bare wire is proposed,which is composed of walking mechanism,feeding mechanism,feeding support mechanism,lifting mechanism and fastening mechanism.The fastening mechanism effectively fastens the insulating leather,the feeding mechanism is suitable for the shape of insulating leather,the walking mechanism is suitable for different wire diameters and has enough driving force and friction.The experiment shows that the mechanical mechanism design of the robot is reasonable and the effect is ideal.It will be helpful to improve the safety and reliability of distribution network and the level of power supply service.
