电针百会印堂联合抗精神病药物治疗首发精神分裂症的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia with electroacupuncture of Baihui Yintang and antipsychotics

目的观察电针百会印堂联合抗精神病药物治疗首发精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月至2020年7月本院收治的64例首发精神分裂症患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组32例。对照组给予抗精神病药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合电针百会印堂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、简明精神病评定(BPRS)、阳性/阴性症状评分(PANSS)、不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组BPRS评分比较差异无统计学意义;用药后3、6、8周,研究组BPRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组嗜睡、乏力、体位性低血压发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。用药前,两组阳性/阴性症状、精神病性评分比较差异无统计学意义。用药后3、6、8、10周,研究组PANSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为9.38%,低于对照组的37.50%(P<0.05)。结论电针联合用药治疗首发精神分裂症疗效显著,能改善临床症状,且无明显药物不良反应,用药安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Baihui Yintang combined with antipsychotics in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia.Methods 64 patients with first-episode schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and they were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given antipsychotic drugs,and the study group was combined with electroacupuncture at Baihui Yintang on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,brief psychiatric rating(BPRS),positive/negative symptom score(PANSS),and toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in BPRS scores between the two groups.3,6,8 weeks after medication,the BPRS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of lethargy,fatigue,and orthostatic hypotension in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before medication,there was no statistically significant difference in the positive/negative symptoms and psychotic scores between the two groups.The PANSS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 3,6,8,10 weeks after medication(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 9.38%,which was lower than 37.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of electroacupuncture and medication in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia has a significant effect,can improve the clinical symptoms,and has no obvious adverse drug reactions,and the medication is safe.
