白三烯受体拮抗剂(LTRAs)治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠(ACO)患者的价值研究

Study on the value of leukotriene receptor antagonists(LTRAs)in the treatment of patients with asthma-COPD overlap(ACO)

目的探究白三烯受体拮抗剂(LTRAs)治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠(ACO)患者,对其临床症状、肺功能、气道炎症的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月本院收治的87例ACO患者,随机分为对照组(n=44)与观察组(n=43)。对照组使用布地奈德/福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用孟鲁司特治疗。比较两组临床症状、气道炎症及肺功能指标。结果治疗后,观察组ACT评分明显高于对照组,CAT评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组EOS、IL-4水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FEV1、FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论LTRAs孟鲁司特治疗ACO患者疗效显著,可缓解患者临床症状,减轻气道炎症,改善患者肺功能。

Objective To explore the effect of leukotriene receptor antagonists(LTRAs on clinical symptoms),lung function and airway inflammation in patients with asthma-COPD overlap(ACO).Methods 87 patients with ACO in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and they were randomly divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=43).The control group was treated with budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation;the observation group was treated with montelukast on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms,airway inflammation,lung function and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the ACT score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the CAT score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of EOS and IL-4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the FEV1,FEV1%pred,and FEV1/FVC levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LTRAs montelukast is effective in the treatment of patients with ACO.It can alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce airway inflammation and improve lung function.
