摘要
在高校图书馆从传统职能向现代创新职能转型的历史时期,很多馆员遭遇到职业再学习、再塑造的困难,普遍出现了职业自我设限现象。文章以高校图书馆员为研究对象,采用问卷调查法收集数据、统计分析法分析数据,对自我设限这一在行业变革和职场转型中比较常见的消极应对和自我保护的策略进行研究。结果表明,高校图书馆员不同收入群体之间的互依型自我构念和自我设限存在显著差异,互依型自我构念和自我监控与高校图书馆职业自我设限确有关联。对于高校图书馆员职场自我设限的预防与干预,需要管理者从外部科学精准地进一步完善高校图书馆职能管理和人力资源管理,从内部基于心理学对馆员进行科学有效的自我认知调节和员工关怀。
In the historical period when university libraries are transforming from traditional functions to modern innovative functions,many librarians are confronted with the difficulties of re-learning and re-shaping their careers,and the phenomenon of self-handicapping of their careers generally appears.Taking university librarians as the research object,this paper uses questionnaire survey to collect data and statistical analysis to analyze the data,and studies selfhandicapping,which is a relatively common negative coping and self-protection strategy in the industry reform and career transition.The results show that there are significant differences in interdependent self-construct and self-handicapping among different income groups of university librarians.There is a correlation between interdependent self-construct and self-monitoring and college library career self-handicapping.In order to prevent and intervene the self-handicapping of university librarians,it is necessary for administrators to further improve the functional management and human resource management of university libraries scientifically and accurately from the outside,and to regulate librarians'self-cognition scientifically and effectively from the inside based on psychology and care for staff.
