高校图书馆数字学术服务社会化实现路径研究

Research on the Realization Path of Digital Academic Service Socialization in University Library

信息时代,各类社会主体对数字学术服务的需求不断增加。在政府大力倡导“产学研”合作的背景下,有必要借助高校图书馆平台面向社会开展数字学术服务,以弥补知识信息产品市场供给的不足。文章从高校图书馆数字学术服务社会化的可行性分析出发,构建高校图书馆数字学术服务社会化系统,并指出实现高校图书馆数字学术服务社会化应从立足区域发展需求、开展宣传工作、探索持续运营机制、建立综合化服务联盟等四个方面进行持续探索。

In the information age,the demand of various social subjects for digital academic service is increasing.Under the background of the government vigorously advocating“manufacturer university institute”cooperation,it is necessary to carry out digital academic service for the society with the help of university library platform,so as to make up for the shortage of knowledge and information product market.In view of this,this paper starts from the feasibility analysis of the socialization of digital academic service in university libraries,constructs the socialization system of digital academic service in university libraries,and points out that the realization of socialization of digital academic service in university libraries should be based on the needs of regional development,carry out publicity work,explore the sustainable operation mechanism,and establish a comprehensive service alliance.
