全民科普语境下图书馆角色探析

On the Role of Library in the Context of Popular Science Popularization

科普是图书馆法定职责和使命担当,明确图书馆科普角色对科普教育服务具有理论导引和职能定位作用。文章从全民科普语境展开分析,对图书馆科普角色研究现状进行归纳,并结合图书馆使命与功能,构建起“一平台三中心”的图书馆科普角色:全民科学素养提升服务平台、科普知识资源保存与开发中心、公众科普教育与传播中心、大众科学交流与创新中心。

Science popularization is the legal duty and mission of the library.To define the role of science popularization of the library has a theoretical guidance and function orientation for science popularization education service.Based on the analysis of the popular science context of the whole people,this paper summarizes the research status of the popular science role of the library.Combined with the mission and function of the library,the paper constructs the popular science role of the library with“one platform and three centers”:the public scientific literacy promotion service platform,the popular science knowledge resource development and sharing center,the public popular science education and communication center,and the public science exchange and innovation center.
