图书馆参与公众信息素养教育的现状、困境及对策

摘要 根据当前国内外图书馆参与公众信息素养教育的实践现状,总结归纳图书馆参与促进公众信息教育所面临的困境,并提出针对性对策。运用文献调查法和案例分析法,对比分析国内外促进公众信息素养教育的图书馆参与实践。促进公众信息素养教育中的图书馆参与,需要从完善政策体系、坚持“三个广覆盖”和“一个根本”原则、集中社会力量构建师资队伍、制定多情景信息素养教育方案几个方面做出长期持续努力。 According to the current practice status of libraries participating in public information literacy education at home and abroad,summarize the difficulties faced by libraries in promoting public information education,and propose targeted countermeasures.Using literature survey method and case analysis method,comparative analysis of domestic and foreign libraries to promote public information literacy education participation practice.To promote the participation of libraries in public information literacy education,we need to make long-term and sustained efforts from the following aspects:perfecting the policy system,adhering to the principles of“three broad coverage”and“one fundamental”,pooling social forces to build a teaching staff,and formulating multi-situation information literacy education programs.
