摘要
以壳聚糖(CH)和聚磷酸铵(APP)为阻燃剂,采用静电层层自组装技术研究复合自组装对纤维素结构材料阻燃性能的影响,并通过电子扫描电镜、微型燃烧量热仪和垂直燃烧仪等测试手段,研究组装层数对材料阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:随着组装层数的增加,材料的阻燃效果逐渐增强,当组装层数达到7 BL时,垂直燃烧的续燃时间和阴燃时间分别由整理前的20.32 s和8.15 s降至4.23 s和5.78 s,其残炭量由整理前的5.6%提高到12.3%。
Using chitosan(CH)and ammonium polyphosphate(APP)as flame retardants,the effect of compos⁃ite self-assembly on the flame retardant properties of cellulose structural materials is studied by electrostatic layer by layer self-assembly technology.The effect of the number of assembly layers on the flame retardant properties is analyzed by scanning electron microscope,micro combustion calorimeter and vertical combustion tester.The results show that the flame retardant effect of the material increases gradually with the increase of the number of assembly layers.When the number of assembly layers reaches 7,the after-flame time and afterglow time of vertical combustion decrease from 20.32 s and 8.15 s to 4.23 s and 5.78 s respectively,and the amount of carbon residue increases from 5.6%to 12.3%.
