摘要
纳滤膜的纳米级孔径可有效截留水溶液中的染料分子,从而对染料废水进行纯化。以PMIA多孔膜为基膜,以改性ZIF-8(MZIF-8)作为水相溶液添加剂,利用界面聚合法制备PMIA/PA-MZIF-8复合纳滤膜,探究MZIF-8含量对复合纳滤膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明:当MZIF-8的质量分数为0.100%时,水通量达到最大值,在0.1 MPa时,水通量可达174.5 L/(m^(2)· h),对刚果红的截留率可达98.9%。
The nano-scale pores of the nanofiltration membrane can effectively trap the dye molecules in the aqueous solution,thereby purify the dye wastewater.The PMIA/PA-MZIF-8 composite nanofiltration mem⁃brane is prepared by the interfacial polymerization method with PMIA porous membrane as the base mem⁃brane,and the modified ZIF-8(MZIF-8)as the additive of the aqueous solution.The effect of MZIF-8 content on the structure and property of composite nanofiltration membrane is studied.The results show that when MZIF8 is 0.100%,the water flux reaches the maximum value.At 0.1 MPa,the water flux can reach 174.5 L/(m^(2)·h),and the rejection rate of Congo Red can reach 98.9%.
