摘要
选用清洁、高效的生物酶制剂TGase作为羽绒纤维的蓬松剂,对纤维进行交联处理,以提高羽绒的保暖性。以羽绒纤维的蓬松度为主要指标,对工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:当TGase用量为40 U/g,pH为6.0,温度为45℃时,羽绒蓬松效果达到最佳,较处理前提高了19%。处理后羽绒纤维热稳定性更强,抗拉强度也得到提高。
A clean and efficient biological enzyme TGase is selected as the fluffing agent to crosslink the fiber and improve the warmth retention of down.Taking the fluffy degree of down fiber as the main index,the pro⁃cess parameters are optimized.The results show that when TGase is 40 U/g,pH is 6.0 and temperature is 40℃,the fluffy degree is the best,which is 19%higher than the original down.The thermal stability and the tensile strength of the treated down fiber are also improved.
