产业学院协同育人路径与机制研究——以北京财贸职业学院菜百商学院为例

Research on the Path and Mechanism of Collaborative Education in Industrial College--Take Caibai Business College of Beijing College of Finance and Commerce as an Example

产业学院作为校企合作深度发展的重要载体和组织形式,可以有效整合校企双方优势资源,有效促进产业链、创新链与人才链协同发力,充分发挥产业优势和教育主体作用,实现校企共赢。北京财贸职业学院菜百商学院作为北京市首批工程师学院,历经15年的合作发展,探索了从订单培养、战略合作到产业学院校企协同育人的发展路径,建立了“五双育人”产业学院协同育人机制,取得了在人才培养、师资队伍、校企共赢方面的育人实效。

As an important carrier and organizational form for the in-depth development of school enterprise cooperation,industrial college can effectively integrate the advantageous resources of both schools and enterprises,effectively promote the coordinated development of industrial chain,innovation chain and talent chain,give full play to industrial advantages and the main role of education,and realize the win-win situation of schools and enterprises.Caibai Business College of Beijing College of Finance and Commerce,as one of the first batch of engineering colleges in Beijing,has explored the development path from order training and strategic cooperation to school enterprise collaborative education of industrial colleges after 15 years of cooperative development,established the“five double education”industrial college collaborative education mechanism,and achieved great achievements in talent training and teaching staff.
