2021年第1季度广东省水产养殖业生产概况——基于渔业生产、水产品进出口贸易及渔民家庭收支情况的调研

Aquaculture production conditions of Guangdong Province in the first quarter of 2021—— Based on survey report on fishery production, import and export of aquatic products and fishermen’s household income and expenditure

广东省是我国渔业生产大省,水产养殖业是其渔业发展的支柱产业。2021年年初,全国水产养殖生产出现了新情况新问题,为深入了解渔业生产、水产品进出口贸易及渔民家庭收支情况,2021年4月27—30日,对广东省进行了专题调研。调研中发现,广东省渔业生产呈现出产业化扶持政策到位、大宗淡水鱼价格涨势喜人、南美白对虾未发生重大病害等向好态势,存在的主要问题是饲料价格上涨推升养殖成本,外出务工渠道中断制约了渔民收入的增长,出口贸易物流成本高涨及进口贸易受阻。针对以上突出问题,提出了夯实水产养殖业发展基础,稳定水产品市场预期,加大对水产养殖业的帮扶力度,推动水产品出口贸易发展等对策与建议。

Guangdong Province is a major fishery production province in China, and aquaculture is its pillar industry. Since 2021, new conditions and problems have emerged in its aquaculture production. In order to gain an in-depth understanding of situation of fishery production and income and expenditure of fishermen’s households, and the basic status of Guangdong’s aquaculture industry, from April 27 th to 30 th, 2021, a research team was formed to conduct research in the province. The main problems found in the survey were: the increase in feed prices pushed up the costs of breeding, and the interruption of migrant labor channels restricted the growth of fishermen’s income. It is proposed to further consolidate the development foundation of the aquaculture industry, further stabilize the aquatic product market expectations, and implement sustainable development countermeasures and suggestions such as support poliay to the industry.
