摘要
正丁基硫代磷酰三胺是优良的土壤尿素酶抑制剂,在生产正丁基硫代磷酰三胺过程中因副反应产生大量危险废弃物,需对其进行无害化处置、可用资源回收才能保障保障环境可持续发展和企业安全环保效益最大化。本研究采用降解转化回收生产原料的方法,探讨了降解转化机理,并对降解转化剂种类、用量,降解反应温度、时间等因素对降解效率的影响进行了研究,完善了正丁基硫代磷酰三胺生产废弃物无害化资源化处置工艺。
N-butyl thiophosphoric triamide(NBPT)was an excellent inhibitor of soil urease.A large amount of hazardous waste was produced in the production process.Only harmless disposal and recycle available resources could guarantee the normal production and environmental sustainable development of enterprises.This study adopted the method of degradation transformation to recover production raw materials,discusses the degradation transformation mechanism,and studies the effects of degradation conversion agent type,dosage,degradation reaction temperature,time and other factors on the degradation efficiency,and improves the harmless resource disposal process of n-butyl thiophosphotriamine production waste.
