脱矿对煤结构和热解性能的影响

摘要 无机矿物成分是煤的重要组成部分,对煤的热转化过程具有重要的影响。为研究矿物成分对结构和热解行为的影响,采用HCl-HF对原煤进行酸洗脱矿处理,使用SEM、XRD、FTIR对原煤及脱矿后的煤样进行表征,并利用TGA对煤样的热解性能进行分析。结果表明,酸洗可将煤的灰分从19.76%降低到0.21%,并在煤表面产生孔隙结构,增加含氧官能团含量。此外,经酸洗脱矿后的煤样热解性能提升,热解失重速率更高且整体失重量增大。 Mineral matters are essential components of coal and significantly affect its thermal conversion process.To investigate the effects of the minerals on the structures and pyrolysis behaviors,HCl-HF was used to deminneralize raw coal.The structures and pyrolysis with raw coal and the demineralized-coal were characterized by SEM,XRD and FT-IR.TGA was used to analyze the pyrolysis performance.The results show that the ash content of the coal can be reduced from 19.76%to 0.21%by pickling,and the pore structure can be formed on the coal surface,the number of oxygen-containing functional groups increased.In addition,the pyrolysis performances of coal after acid leaching are improved,including the higher rate of pyrolysis weight loss and the greater overall weight loss.
