Study on the Shell Side Performance of the Six-Piece Spiral Baffle Heat Exchanger with Different Helix Angles Under the Same Pitch

摘要 通过数值模拟的方法,对相同螺距下不同螺旋角的六片式螺旋折流板换热器的壳程性能进行了研究,结果表明,在研究范围内,同螺距的六片式换热器的压降随着螺旋角的增大而减小,壳程传热系数基本不变,总体性能则呈上升趋势。其中12°螺旋角的六片式换热器壳程总体性能比6°螺旋角的换热器高4.4%~35.5%。经实验验证数值模拟的结果具有可靠性,可为进一步的研究和生产工作做出指导。 Through the method of numerical simulation,the shell side performance of the six-piece spiral baffle heat exchanger with different helix angles under the same pitch has been studied.The results show that within the scope of the study,the six-piece heat transfer with the same pitch The pressure drop of the filter decreases with the increase of the helix angle,the heat transfer coefficient of the shell side is basically unchanged,and the overall performance is on the rise.Among them,the overall performance of the six-plate heat exchanger with a 12°helix angle is 4.4%~35.5%higher than that of a 6°helix heat exchanger.The results of numerical simulations are verified by experiments to be reliable,which can provide guidance for further research and production work.
