摘要
本研究改进了实验配方,引入高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS),制备得到的粘接树脂其粘接强度高、粘接持久性和成膜性能好,极大地提高了粘接树脂的粘接速度,解决了铝塑板在高速生产过程因粘接反应不及时而导致的粘接强度低、稳定性差的缺点,具有较高的实际应用价值。
In this study,the experimental formula was improved and high impact polystyrene(HIPS)was introduced to prepare the adhesive resin.The adhesive resin has high adhesive strength,good adhesive durability and film-forming performance,which greatly improves the adhesive speed of the adhesive resin and solves the shortcomings of low adhesive strength and poor stability caused by untimely adhesive reaction in the high-speed production process of aluminum-plastic plate.
