摘要
《有机酸工艺学》课程是生物工程和生物化工专业重点课程,其实践性极强。如何在课堂教学中,将学生已学习的基本知识和理论与生产实际相结合,是该课程实现教学目标的关键。本文通过应用多媒体教学、翻转课堂、实际案例分析等,提高学生发现、分析和解决问题的能力,进而实现对专业知识的综合运用和创新能力。为我国传统制造业的二次腾飞培养合格的技术人才。
Organic acid technology is the important course of bioengineering and biochemical engineering,which is highly practical.How to combine the basic knowledge and theory students have learned with the production practice in classroom teaching is the key to achieve the teaching goal.In this paper,through the application of multimedia teaching,flipped classroom,and practice case analysis,we improve students'ability to find,analyze and solve problems,so as to achieve the comprehensive application of professional knowledge and innovation ability.Training qualified talents for the second time of our country's traditional manufacturing industry.
