摘要
目的:评价山茶油的保湿性能和润肤功效。方法:通过常温保湿试验和加速保湿试验测定山茶油的保湿率;招募志愿者,对山茶油润肤功效进行评价,测定山茶油对志愿者皮肤水分、油分和弹性的影响。结果:山茶油的体外保湿性能与常用保湿剂甘油、透明质酸钠相当;润肤功效评价实验表明,涂抹山茶油能够增加受试者皮肤的水分含量和皮肤弹性。结论:山茶油具有良好的保湿润肤功效,作为护肤品开发具有较大应用价值。
Objective:To evaluate the moisturizing properties and emollient effects of camellia oil.Methods:The moisturizing rate of camellia oil was measured by room temperature moisturizing test and accelerated moisturizing test;Volunteers were recruited to evaluate the moisturizing effect of camellia oil,and the effect of camellia oil on the moisture,oiliness and elasticity of volunteers'skin was measured.Results:The in vitro moisturizing performance of camellia oil was equivalent to that of commonly used moisturizers glycerin and sodium hyaluronate;the evaluation experiment of moisturizing effect showed that the application of camellia oil can increase the moisture content and skin elasticity of the volunteers'skin.Conclusion:Camellia oil has good moisturizing and emollient effects,and has great application value as a skin care product.
