电子喉镜下窄带成像技术在喉癌诊断中的价值探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨电子喉镜下窄带成像技术诊断喉癌的价值。方法纳入该次研究对象为方便选取该院2018年3月—2019年1月就诊的210例可疑喉部病变患者,均实施电子喉镜检查,分别在白光模式和窄带模式下对病变部位进行观察,取病灶活检,以病理结果为诊断的金标准,并与两种成像模式诊断结果对照,比较两种成像模式诊断喉癌的准确性。结果210例患者共检出病灶236个,白光成像模式下病变诊断准确率88.98%(210/236),窄带成像模式下病变诊断准确率98.31%(232/236),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.267,P=0.002)。另外两种模式敏感性对比,白光成像敏感性74.19%,窄带成像敏感性90.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种模式特异性对比,白光成像特异性91.22%,窄带成像特异性99.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子喉镜下窄带成像技术诊断,有助于提高喉癌及癌前病变的诊断,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the value of narrow-band imaging technology in the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer under electronic laryngoscope.Methods The subjects included in this study were selected convenient 210 patients with suspicious laryngeal lesionsd in the hospital from March 2018 to January 2019.All patients underwent electronic laryngoscopy and observed the lesion in the narrowband mode,tock a biopsy of the lesion,take the pathological result as the gold standard for diagnosis,and compared the diagnosis results of the two imaging modes to compare the accuracy of the two imaging modes in the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer.Results A total of 236 lesions were detected in 210 patients.The accuracy rate of diagnostic in white light imaging mode was 88.98%(210/236),and the rate of diagnostic accuracy in narrowband imaging mode was 98.31%(232/236).The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.267,P=0.002).The sensitivity of the other two modes is compared,the sensitivity of white light imaging was 74.19%,and the sensitivity of narrowband imaging was 90.32%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The specificity of the two modes is compared,the specificity of white light imaging was 91.22%,and the specificity of narrowband imaging was 99.51%.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of narrow-band imaging technology under electronic laryngoscope is helpful to improve the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer and precancerous lesions,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
